1. Offline payment

1. After clicking "Complete Order", the system will display the transfer details to you.
2. Please complete the transfer within three days after placing the order and take a screenshot of the deposit slip/"Complete Transfer" screen
3. Send the screenshot of the deposit slip/"Complete Transfer" screen to the customer service staff via Instagram DM (@cloudism.hk) or Whatsapp (+85292654772) to confirm the payment.
4. After the customer service staff confirms the payment, the customer will receive an email indicating that the payment has been completed, and can wait for the shipping notification email.
